entered a speed dialling
number under which a group is
registered.
Use regular dialling, or enter a one-
touch speed dialling button or
coded speed dialling code that only
has one fax/telephone number
registered.
PUT IN CARTRIDGE — There is no BJ cartridge
installed in the fax.
Install the BJ cartridge. (see p. 1-9)
REC’D IN MEMORY — The fax received the document
in memory because paper or
ink ran out, a paper jam
occurred, or the incorrect BJ
cartridge was installed.
Load paper in the multi-purpose
tray (see p. 1-13), replace the BJ
cartridge (see p. 10-8) or clear the
paper jam (see p. 10-3).
SET DOCUMENT — The document is not set
correctly or at all.
Set or re-set the document and
press [Start/Copy].
TAM MEMORY FULL — Either 50 messages have been
recorded or the total maximum
recording time of 10 minutes
has been reached.
Listen to your telephone messages
and delete any unnecessary
messages. Alternatively, erase all
telephone messages stored in the
fax memory. (see p. 8-9)
TX/RX CANCELLED — You pressed [Stop] to cancel
the transmission.
If required, try sending again.
