The display shows this message because of many reasons. Please, take a look at the above list with the main
possible problems:

Temperature measurement is difficult from hair or sweating.
Ensure that there are no obstacles or moisture before
temperature measurement.
Temperature
measurement is difficult from air flows or sharp
changes in environment temperature.
Ensure that there are no air flows around the area, in which
the temperature is measured, this can affect the infrared
reading.
Successive measurements of the temperature are too close
one after another and the thermometer do not have time to
restart.
Leave interval 3-5 secs. Between measurements;
recommended is pause for 15 sec.
Measurement area is away from the thermometer. Measure the temperature on recommended distance
(around 3-5 cm, 1.2 ~2.0 inches).
