• Puede comprobar si su batería es adecuada realizando una prueba
magnética. Acerque un imán a la base de la cazuela, si lo atrae,
la cazuela es adecuada.
• Si no tiene un imán:
1. Ponga agua en la cazuela que quiere comprobar.
2. Siga los pasos que se indican en ‘empezar a cocinar’.
3. Si en la pantalla no aparece parpadeando y el agua se calienta, es adecuada.
• Las baterías realizadas en los materiales siguientes no son adecuadas: acero inoxidable,
aluminio o cobre sin base magnética, vidrio, madera, porcelana, cerámica y loza de barro.
No utilice baterías de cocina con bordes dentados o bases curvas.
Asegúrese de que la base es lisa, asienta sobre el cristal y tiene el mismo
tamaño que el fogón. Utilice cazuelas cuyo diámetro sea superior al de la zona
de cocción elegida. Si utiliza cazuelas ligeramente más anchas que el fogón hará
que se rentabilice la energía al máximo. Si utiliza cazuelas con un diámetro
inferior la eficiencia puede ser menor de la esperada. Puede que la cocina no
detecte las cazuelas cuyo diámetro sea inferior a 140 mm. Centre siempre la
cazuela en la zona de cocción.
Levante siempre las cazuelas para moverlas, no las deslice, podrían rayar el
cristal.
