POGOJI ZA UVELJAVLJANJE GARANCIJE

Za izdelek se prizna polna garancija za dele in izdelavo za dobo 2 let, z zaèetkom na dan nakupa, pri èemer so izvzeti stroki

vraèanja izdelka, katere nosi kupec. Garancija se lahko uveljavlja, èe dobavljeni izdelek ne ustreza naroèenemu, oz. èe je

pomanjkljiv, pod pogojem da je reklamaciji priloeno potrdilo o datumu nakupa (npr.: raèun, blagajniki izpisek). Izdelek je treba

vrniti franko, kompleten in ne demontiran, v enega od pooblaèenih centrov za poprodajne storitve, v reklamaciji pa je treba

podati opis ugotovljenega problema. Izdelek, ki je predmet reklamacije, je lahko popravljen, zamenjan ali pa so delno oz. v celo-

ti povrnjeni stroki zanj. Garancija je brezpredmetna in ne velja v primeru, èe do pokodbe pride zaradi (i) nepravilne uporabe

ali skladièenja izdelka, (ii) napaènega vzdrevanja izdelka, ali vzdrevanja, ki ni v skladu z navodili za uporabo, (iii) popravil,

spreminjanja, vzdrevanja izdelka s strani tretjih, nepooblaèenih oseb, (iv) uporabe neoriginalnih rezervnih delov.

We have two CR5000 models that both behave in the same manner when ignited. The pilot light comes on in both cases but both just flare up periodically and don't redden up and give out heat .
What could the problem be?
