Attaching the Fender
1. Insert open ended fender frame into receiving
tubes on the rear of the frame, positioning
the Fender panel outside of the trailer body.
(Figure 5)
2. Locate the tethered retaining clips on the
trailer body and insert the pin into both
receiving tubes and through the inserted
Fender assembly.
3. Close retaining clip on pin to secure lock pin
and Fender assembly in position. (Figure 6)
Note: If using the trailer without the Fender,
we recommend utilizing the Tube End Plugs
which are available on burley.com.
Note: Do not overload the Fender (See page 17
for loading instructions)

Schutzblech anbringen
1. Führen Sie den Schutzblechrahmen mit offenen
Enden in die Aufnahmerohre an der Rückseite
des Rahmens ein, sodass das Schutzblech dabei
vom Anhänger weg zeigt. (Abbildung 5)
2. Bringen Sie die angebundenen Halteclips am
Anhängeraufbau an und führen Sie den Stift in
beide Aufnahmerohre und durch das eingesetzte
Schutzblech ein.
3. Schließen Sie den Halteclip am Stift, um den
Verriegelungsstift und das Schutzblech zu
sichern. (Abbildung 6)
Hinweis: Bei Verwendung des Anhängers ohne
Schutzblech empfehlen wir Rohrendstopfen, die
auf burley.com erhältlich sind.
Hinweis: Schutzblech nicht überlasten (s.
Ladeanleitung auf Seite 17)
Fixation du garde-boue
1. Insérez les tubes du garde-boue dans les
tubes creux situés à l’arrière du châssis de la
remorque, de sorte à positionner le panneau
du garde-boue à l’extérieur du corps de la
remorque (Figure 5).
2. Situez les clips de fixation sur le châssis de la
remorque et insérez une tige de retenue dans
chaque tube du garde-boue et du châssis de
la remorque.
3. Fermez les clips sur les tiges de retenue pour
fixer le garde-boue (Figure 6).
Remarque : Si vous utilisez la remorque sans
le garde-boue, nous vous recommandons de
boucher les tubes (bouchons disponibles sur
burley.com).
Remarque : ne surchargez pas le garde-
boue (voir page 17 pour les instructions de
chargement).
Instalación del guardabarros
1. Inserte la estructura abierta del guardabarros
en los tubos de recepción de la parte
trasera del cuadro, colocando el panel
del guardabarros por fuera del chasis del
remolque. (Figura 5)
2. Localice los clips de retención con sujeción
en el chasis del remolque e inserte el pasador
en los dos tubos de recepción y a través del
conjunto de guardabarros insertado.
3. Cierre el clip de retención del pasador
para bloquear el pasador y el conjunto del
guardabarros en su posición. (Figura 6)
Nota: Si utiliza el remolque sin el guardabarros,
recomendamos utilizar los tapones de remate
de tubo disponibles en burley.com
Nota: No sobrecargue el guardabarros (consulte
las instrucciones de carga en la página 17).
