1. Remove the power supply plug from the outlet. And place the
darning plate on the needle plate as shown in fig. A. Connect the
power supply plug into a wall outlet.
2. Set the Pattern Selection Dial to Straight Stitch.
3. Place the portion to be darned under the presser foot together
with a fabric for reinforcement.
4. Lower the presser foot.
5. Begin sewing alternating between gently drawing the work away
from you and pulling it toward you.
6. Repeat this motion until the portion to be darned is filled with
parallel lines of stitching.(See fig. B.)

1. Desenchufe la clavija de alimentación de la toma de corriente, y
ponga la placa de zurcir en la placa de la aguja como se muestra

3. Ponga la parte de tejido que se debe zurcir debajo del prensatelas,

4. Baje el prensatelas.
5. Empiece a coser empujando y tirando alternativamente del tejido.
Cuando la placa de zurcir está puesta en la máquina, los sobre el
tejido.
6. Repita esta operación hasta que el zurcido se haya completado,
creando unas cuantas líneas de puntadas paralelas. (Véase fig. B.)

1. Débrancher le cordon d'alimentation de la prise. Placer la plaque à
repriser sur la plaque d'aiguille, comme indiqué sur la fig. A. Brancher
la fiche d’alimentation à une prise secteur.
2. Mettre le sélecteur de modèle de point sur le point droit.
3. Placer la partie à repriser sous le pied-de-biche avec une toile de
renfort.
4. Abaisser le pied-de-biche.
5. Commencer à coudre en donnant au tissu un mouvement de va-et-vient
(en le poussant et en le tirant doucement).
6. Répéter l’opération jusqu’à ce que la partie à repriser soit remplie de
lignes de points parallèles. (Voir fig. B.)
