Over Edge Stitch

NEEDLE Single
The Overlock Stitch is used to prevent the edge of the fabric from
fraying.
Place the edge of the fabric under the presser foot so the needle enters
the fabric when the left side of the zigzag stitch is sewn and misses the
edge of the fabric with the right side of the stitch. Sew with this needle
position along the edge of the fabric.

zag y sobrepase la orilla al coser la parte derecha. Cosa con la agu-
ja en esta posición a lo largo de la orilla del tejido.

O Ponto Overloque serve para evitar que a orla do tecido se desfie.
Coloque a borda do tecido debaixo do pé calcador de forma que a agulha
entre no tecido quando o lado esquerdo do ponto em zig-zag for costurado,
e sobrepasse o tecido com o lado direito do ponto. Costure com a agulha
nesta posição ao longo da orla do tecido.
