permet de contrôler la température de cuisson en régulant
le flux d’air circulant à travers des registres d’entrée et
d’évacuation. Plus vous ouvrez les registres, plus l’air circule
entre les charbons. Plus l’air circule entre les charbons, plus
la température augmentera. De petits ajustements peuvent
faire une grande différence au niveau de la température de
cuisson.
CONTROLING MOISTURE:
Plateau d’eau : Votre fumoir vertical au charbon est équipé
d’un plateau d’eau pour prévenir l’assèchement des
aliments. Utilisez de l’eau, du jus et d’autres fines herbes
pour ajouter à la saveur de vos aliments fumés.
ACCESSORIES:
Rails ajustables : Les rails qui supportent les grilles de cuisson
et les plateaux sont entièrement ajustables, vous permettant
d’utiliser votre fumoir à chambre plus efficacement.
Plateau de côtes/rôti : Votre fumoir est équipé d’un plateau
de côtes/rôti pouvant être utilisé au lieu des grilles de
cuisson en acier inoxydable. Maximisez l’espace dans votre
