Principales pasos para medir la tensión arterial con precisión
Realice las lecturas siempre a la misma hora del día, bajo las mismas condiciones.
No tome una medición en un periodo de 30 minutos después de fumar, beber café o té o cualquier
otra actividad. Estos factores inuirán en la medición.
Mida siempre en el mismo brazo. Se recomienda el brazo izquierdo. No se mueva ni hable.
No cruce las piernas y ponga los pies en el suelo.
Coloque el manguito en contacto directo con la piel. No lo coloque encima de ropa.
Si quiere tomar varias mediciones, espere unos 3 minutos antes de la siguiente.

• Quite la tapa del compartimento de pilas de la parte inferior de la
unidad e introduzca 4 pilas alcalinas AA LR6 prestando atención a la
polaridad correcta (compruebe el símbolo en el compartimento de
las pilas)
• Nota: reajuste siempre la fecha y la hora cuando cambie las pilas
por unas nuevas para asegurarse de que se guardan los resultados
correctos de fecha y hora.
Deseche solo pilas vacías.
No debe tirarlas en la basura doméstica, sino en un punto
de recogida adecuado o en el punto de venta.
