STERKE GRILL
(aanbevolen temperatuur 275°C mini 180°C maxi 275°C)
Het bakken gebeurt met het bovenste verwarmingselement zonder luchtvermenging.
Verwarm de oven 5 minuten voor. Schuif de braadslede op de laagste richel om het vet op
te vangen.
• Aanbevolen voor het roosteren van karbonade, worstjes, plakjes brood, gamba’s recht-
streeks op het rooster.
WARMHOUDEN / BROODDEEG
(aanbevolen temperatuur 80°C mini 35°C maxi 100°C)
Bovenste en onderste verwarmingselement en luchtvermenging.
Aanbevolen voor het rijzen van brooddeeg, brioche, tulband...zonder 40° te overschrij-
den (opwarmen van borden, ontdooien).
GRILL + (DRAAISPIT volgens model)
Het bakken gebeurt met het bovenste verwarmingselement van de oven.
Voorverwarmen niet nodig. Gevogelte en gebraad blijven sappig en krokant.
Het draaispit blijft draaien tot u de ovendeur opent.
Schuif de braadslee op de laagste richel.
Aanbevolen voor alle gevogelte of vlees op het draaispit. Voor het aanbraden en bakken
van lamsbout, runderribben aan te braden. Om stukken vis zacht te houden.
