1 uitgestrekt bladerdeeg licht geprikt met een vork.
200 ml room aan de kook brengen met een stokje vanille.
2 geklutste eieren met 30 g suiker, voeg de room erbij als deze afgekoeld is.
2 in blokjes gesneden appels in 70 g praline wentelen.
Plaats de room + appels Zet in de oven.
QQUUIICCHHEESS ::
Basis: 1 aluminium vorm van 27 tot 30 cm
1 pizza deeg klaar voor gebruik
3 geklutste eieren + 50 cl dikke room
zout, peper, nootmuskaat.

erschillende vullingen: 200 g voorgebakken spekjes,
of - 1 kg gekookte witlof + 200 g geraspte Goudse kaas
of - 200 g broccoli + 100 g spek + 50 g blauwschimmelkaas
of -200 g zalm +100 g gekookte uitgelekte spinazie
GROENTEN
Gevule tomaten met warme geitekaas.
8 tomaten
300g verse geitekaas
4 soeplepels olijfolie
1 bosje fijne kruiden (bieslook of basilicum)
Zout, peper.
Was de tomaten, verwijder het hoedje en de pulp voorzichtig.
Draai ze om om ze goed te laten uitlekken.
Meng de kass en de olijfolie met een vork, voeg de fijngesnipperde kruiden toe
Zout, peper.
Zet het hoedje terug op en plaats ze in een schotel. Zet in de oven.
Warm opdienen op een bed van groene sla.
