Verhoogtoets calorieverbruik () - Verhoogt het caloriestreefdoel tijdens een training of verhoogt een waarde (duur, leeftijd, gewicht of lengte).
START/ENTER-toets - Start vanaf het WELKOM-scherm een handmatige training of een gekozen programmatraining of hervat een onderbroken
training. Druk om de weergegeven waarde als een optie te aanvaarden.
Verhoogtoets weerstandsniveau () - Verhoogt de weerstand van de training.
Verlaagtoets calorieverbruik () - Verlaagt het caloriestreefdoel tijdens een training of verlaagt een waarde (duur, leeftijd, gewicht of lengte).
PAUSE/END-toets-Pauzeerteenactievetraining,beëindigteenonderbrokentrainingofgaat terug naar het vorige scherm.
