Het afvoeren van frituurolie / frituurvet

Pas op, u kunt zich branden! Laat verbruikte olie /

ṇ vet vóór het afvoeren afkoelen totdat deze

handwarm is.

Zet een temperatuurbestendig reservoir dat meer

dan 4 liter kan bevatten onder de afvoerkraan. Draai

de afvoerkraan aan de onderkant van de friteuse

open en voer de verbruikte olie / het verbruikte vet

af.

Let op! Voer het vet af als het warm en nog vloeibaar

is.

Indien het vet in de afvoerkraan hard is geworden,

kunt u dit met een dunne staaf (bijvoorbeeld de steel

van een pollepel) verwijderen.

Voer de olie / het vet niet af met het afvalwater maar

verwijder het via de hiervoor bestemde

afvalverzorging.
