S Blanda köttet (nöt, gris, kalv, fågel och även fisk)
tillsammans med övriga ingredienser och kryddor
i matberedaren till slät konsistens.
2 30 sek Vetebröd
75 g smör eller margarin
3 dl mjölk
ca 8 dl vetemjöl (480 g)
25 g färsk jäst
½ tsk salt
½Ć¾ dl socker
tsk mald kardemumma
Fyllning: Smör eller margarin, socker, kardemumma
Pensling: ett uppvispat ägg
Ugnsvärme: Bullar 250°C, längder 225°C
S Smält margarinet, tillsätt mjölken och ljumma till
37°C. Mät upp nästan allt mjöl i skålen och smula
ner jästen. Tillsätt salt, socker och kardemumma.
Häll i den ljumma degvätskan och kör några
sekunder tills degen formats. Tillsätt ev. det
sparade mjölet. Arbeta degen iĂ30Ăsek. Ta av
locket och låt degen jäsa under bakduk ca 20
min. Knåda och baka ut degen till 2 längder eller
24 bullar. Jäs bakplåt under bakduk ca 30
min. Pensla och grädda.
2 ca. 1 min Sockerkaka
4 ägg
3 dl socker
1 tsk vaniljsocker
250 g smör eller margarin (rumstempererat)
dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
dl mjölk
Blanda tills smeten är slät och fri från klumpar.
