Cajón para la verdura con
regulador de humedad

Para crear el clima de almacenamiento
óptimo para la fruta y verdura se puede
regular la humedad del aire en el cajón
para la verdura:
■ preferentemente para guardar
hortalizas, así como en caso de existir
una pequeña cantidad de alimentos
frescos – nivel alto de humedad
■ preferentemente para guardar fruta,
así como en caso de existir una gran
cantidad de alimentos frescos – nivel
bajo de humedad
Notas
■ La fruta (por ejemplo, piñas, plátanos,
papayas y cítricos) y la verdura
(berenjenas, pepinos, calabacines,
pimientos, tomates y patatas)
sensibles al frío deberán guardarse
fuera del frigorífico a una temperatura
de aprox. +8 °C a +12 °C a fin
de conservar óptimamente su calidad
y sabor.
■ En función de la cantidad y el tipo
de alimento guardado en el cajón
para la verdura, puede formarse agua
de condensación en el mismo.
Eliminar el agua de condensación con
un paño seco y adaptar el grado
de humedad del aire del cajón para
la verdura a través del mando
regulador de humedad.
Compartimento fresco

En el compartimento fresco reina una
temperatura más baja (frío) que
en el compartimento frigorífico, pudiendo
registrarse también temperaturas
inferiores a 0 °C.
El compartimento es ideal para guardar
el pescado, la carne y el embutido.
No es apropiado para guardar lechugas,
verduras y alimentos sensibles al frío.
La temperatura de los compartimentos
frescos se puede modificar con ayuda
de la abertura de ventilación.
Desplazando el termostato hacia arriba,
se reduce la temperatura. Desplazando
el termostato hacia abajo, se eleva la
temperatura. Figura &
Superfrío
Mediante esta función se enfría el
compartimento frigorífico durante aprox.
6 horas hasta alcanzar la temperatura
más baja posible, conmutando
a continuación a la temperatura ajustada
con anterioridad a la activación de la
opción.
La función de superfrío se selecciona
en caso de
■ antes de introducir grandes
cantidades de alimentos.
■ desear enfriar rápidamente bebidas.
