Sett gratengen på ovnsbunnen i et kokekar som er beregnet
for mikrobølge.
Til suffleer og gratenger bruker du et stort, flatt kokekar. I
smale, høye fat trenger rettene lengre tid og blir mørkere på
oversiden.
Suffleer og gratenger bør også hvile i 5 minutter i stekeovnen
etter endt koking.
