Tining og oppvarming eller tilberedning av

Ta ferdigretter ut av emballasjen. De varmes opp
raskere og jevnere dersom du bruker kokekar som er
beregnet for mikrobølge. Ulike ingredienser i retten kan
varmes opp med forskjellig hastighet.
Tynne retter tilberedes raskere enn tykke. Fordel derfor
maten i kokekaret slik at den ligger så flatt som mulig.
Ikke legg matvarene lagvis oppå hverandre.
Dekk alltid til matvarene. Har du ikke et passende lokk
til kokekaret, kan du bruke en tallerken eller
mikrobølgefolie.
Rør i eller snu maten 2–3 ganger.
La rettene hvile i ytterligere 2–5 minutter etter
oppvarming, slik at temperaturen utjevnes.
Smaken på hver rett bevares i stor grad. Derfor kan du
gjerne være forsiktig med bruk av salt og krydder.
Merk: Kokekaret må settes inn på bunnen av ovnen.
