WATT After training for a while, the monitor will display current workout watt.
PULSE During the measurement period, please do hold two hands to the handgrip sensors to get heart rate display more
precisely. The heart rate figure displays area is from 0 to 240 BPM. You may preset target pulse to assist the
training under manual mode or 6 profiles mode or User, or select a fixed target percentage for training.
Alarm - If you preset the target pulse under training with Manual or other target the computer will alarm to remind as
soon as your current heart rate is achieved to the preset. Resistance level adjustment - If you preset the target
heart rate ( or select a target heart rate percentage), the resistance level will be auto-adjusted according to your real
heart rate figure compared with the preset target which is heart rate control program.
RECOVERY After exercising for a period of time, keep holding on handgrip sensor, and press the "RECOVERY” button, all
function display will stop except "Time"
Time starts counting Time starts counting down from 00:60 -00:59 - 00:58 - to 00:00. As soon as 00:00 is achieved,
the bottom area of LCD will show your heart rate recovery status with grade F1, F2, F3….F6. F1 is the best, and F6
is the worst.
You may keep exercising to improve the heart recovery status day by day from F6 up to F1.
** Press the RECOVERY button again to return the main display.
8.0 Notes
1. When there is no signal been transferred into the computer for 4 minutes, the LCD display will shut off automatically, and
all previous training data will be stored. You may press any button to have the computer restart working.
2. If the monitor display is improper, please remove the power supply and reconnect it again.

1.Computer not working correctly. If your computer is not working correctly, please check whether the lower
sensor wire is connected to the upper sensor wire, and make sure the upper sensor wire is connected to the
computer. (SEE STEP 2 & STEP 4 ) If you have checked the above and the computer is still not working, then
please make sure the power supply are installed correctly in the machine and that they are still working.
NOTE
Located on the back of the chain cover, there is a DC connection socket, allowing connection of a 9 volt Output
AD adaptor. The product is excluded an adaptor.
