5.0 Heart rate detection priority
5.1. The monitor have three different detection sensors of heart rate: earpulse, chest pulse (with chest belt attached to the
chest skin), and handpulse. The detection priority is earpulse, chest pulse, and handpulse.
5.2. When you would like to detect chest pulse, please remove the ear clip cable from the monitor. And, wear on the chest
belt to start heart rate detection.
5.3. When you would like to detect handpulse, please make sure the ear clip cable is not installed, and do not wear the chest
belt.
6.0 Body Fat
6.1. In STOP mode, press the BODY FAT button to start body fat measurement.
6.2. The selected user (U1~U9) will blinking for 2 seconds. Then start measuring.
6.3. During measuring, user have to wear chest belt or hold both hands on the handgrip. And the LCD will display “--
” “--“ for 8 seconds until computer finish measuring.
6.4. LCD will display BODY FAT advice symbol, BODY FAT percentage, BMR, BMI for 30 seconds

6.0 Function buttons
ST/STOP To start or stop training.
RECOVERY To act heart rate recovery function.
ENTER To enter functions or data input.
DOWN To make backward adjustment to each function data or decrease training resistance or select
personal data setting.
UP To make upward adjustment to each function data increase training resistance or select personal data
or setting.
RESET 1. To reset each function of Time, Distance, Pulse function figures.
2. To reset program setting and back to initial selection mode with Manual, Program,
user, or Target Heart Rate all blinking display.
Body Fat To press this button to start Body Fat detection.
7.0 Functions
TIME Count Up - The computer starts counting up from 00:00 up to 99:59 during training.
Count Down - The computer will count down from the preset Time to 00:00
RPM Displays current training rotation per minute.
SPEED Displays the current SPEED from 0.0 to maximum 99.9 km (or mile) per hour. ** RPM and SPEED will
switch display to another in every 6 seconds during training.
DISTANCE Count Up - The computer accumulates total workout distance from 0.00 to the max. 99.90 km or ml during
training.
Count Down - The monitor will count down from the preset to 0.00.
CALORIES Count Up- The computer accumulates the calories consumption from 0 to the max. 990 cal during training.
Count Down - The computer will count down from the preset to 0.
This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise sessions that can not be used for medical treatment.
