Hachee met abrikozen
Lekker gerecht van rundvlees met uien en gedroogde abrikozen
Ingrediënten
600 gram hacheevlees
versgemalen zout en peper
50 gram boter
3 uien, in halve ringen
2 laurierblaadjes
3 kruidnagels
2 steranijs
250 gram gewelde abrikozen
Bereiding
Schep het hacheevlees om met zout en peper naar smaak. Smelt
de
boter in de snelkookpan en laat het bruin worden. Schep het
vlees in de pan en bak het al omscheppend rondom bruin. Voeg
de uien toe en laat deze ook kleuren. Voeg de specerijen en abri-
kozen toe en schenk er 1/2 liter water bij. Roer alles om. Sluit de
snelkookpan en breng de pan onder drukstand 2. Stoof het vlees
gaar in 20 minuten. Breng de pan volgens de instructies van de
druk af en open de pan. Breng op smaak met zout en peper.
Tip
Serveer de hachee met witte rijst en roergebakken spitskool.
