4. Programm EXPRESS

Für alle Rezepte der Stufe I, die in den

Programmen NORMAL, WEISSBROT,

SCHNELL oder LOCKER gebacken wer-

den. Der Teig geht im Programm Express

wesentlich kürzer und die Brote sind

daher kompakter und weniger locker.

Eine Zeitvorwahl ist nicht möglich. Bitte

verwenden Sie bei diesem Programm

stets lauwarme Flüssigkeiten.

5. Programm VOLLKORN

Für Vollkornbrote.

6. Programm KUCHEN

Für Gebäck, das mit Backpulver geba-

cken wird.

7. Programm TEIG

Zur Herstellung von Teig. Dieses Pro-

gramm knetet die Zutaten und lässt den

Teig anschließend gehen. Er wird nicht

gebacken. Das Programm TEIG eignet

sich zum Beispiel für die Herstellung von

Pizzateig.

8. Programm BACKEN

Zum Nachbacken von Brot oder Kuchen.

Die Schritte „Teig kneten“ und „Teig

gehen“ entfallen bei diesem Programm.

9. Programm MARMELADE

Zum Kochen von Marmelade und Konfi-

türe.

10. Programm LOCKER

Zur Zubereitung von lockerem und lufti-

gem Brot.

Funktionen des Brotbackautomaten

Signalton-Funktion

Der Signalton ertönt

• beim Drücken aller Programmtasten,

• während des zweiten Knetvorgangs

in den Programmen NORMAL, VOLL-

KORN, SCHNELL, KUCHEN, WEISS-

BROT und LOCKER, um darauf hin-

zuweisen, dass jetzt Körner, Früchte,

Nüsse oder andere Zugaben hinzu-

gefügt werden können,

• beim Erreichen des Programmendes

• Während der Warmhaltephase nach

Ende des Backvorgangs ertönt der

Signalton mehrmals hintereinander.

Wiederholungsfunktion

Bei einem Stromausfall von länger als 10

Minuten muss der Brotbackautomat

erneut gestartet werden. Das ist nur

dann praktikabel, wenn der Teig beim

Abbruch des Programmablaufs nicht

weiter als in der Knetphase war.

Anderenfalls muss man von vorne

beginnen! Bei einem Stromausfall von

weniger als 10 Minuten wird das Pro-

gramm automatisch an der passenden

Stelle weitergeführt (siehe Kapitel „Spei-

cherfunktion“).

Speicherfunktion

Das Programm wird beim Wiederein-

schalten nach einem Stromausfall von

bis zu ca. 10 Minuten an gleicher Stelle

automatisch fortgesetzt. Diese Speicher-

funktion ist für einen Stromausfall

gedacht.

 Hinweis: Das Drücken der Taste

Start/Stop Ạ beendet das Programm

endgültig. Das Programm lässt sich

dann nicht mehr fortsetzen.
