KH 1166
Witte saus
Ingrediënten:
40g meel
30 g boter
250 ml instant-bouillon
250 ml melk
Kruiden: zout, witte peper, suiker
Bereiding:
Doe de meel, boter, de hete bouillon
en melk in een magnetronschaal, goed
vermengen en laat het op vol vermogen
van 800 Watt in ca. 4-5 minuten, af en
toe krachtig roerend, even koken. Laat
het geheel dan op slechts 300 Watt nog
ca. 4-5 minuten koken.
Roer nogmaals goed en breng het met
kruiden op smaak.
Vanillesaus
Ingrediënten:
250 ml melk
Puree van een 1/2 vanillestokje
1 beker room (250 ml)
2 EL maïzena
3 EL suiker
1 dooier
Bereiding:
Roer de melk, vanillepuree, room,
maïzena en suiker in een magnetron-
schaal dooreen. Laat het geheel op
800 Watt ca. 4-5 minuten opkoken,
roer daarbij ondertussen een keer.
Roer de saus goed wanneer deze klaar
is en bind deze met de dooier.
Rijstepap
Ingrediënten:
250 g rijstepap
1 liter melk
1 TL boter
40 g suiker, kaneel en suiker (om te
bestrooien) of geconserveerd fruit
Kruiden: zout
Bereiding:
Doe de rijstepap, melk, een snufje zout,
boter en de suiker in een grote magne-
tronschaal. Met deksel op vol vermogen
van 800 Watt in ca. 10-12 minuten aan
de koek brengen, vervolgens omroeren
en bij 100 Watt ca. 20-22 minuten laten
zwellen. Daarna nog een paar minuten
laten staan, vervolgens doorroeren en
naar eigen smaak bestrooien met kaneel
en suiker of fruitcompote.
