Recipe
Makes 12 mushrooms
¼ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
12 large mushrooms (with a diameter of about 5 cm), stemmed
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1. Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, peppers, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.

3. Fill the water reservoir with water.
4. Place the mushrooms in the steam bowl.
5. Cover the steamer and set the time to 10 minutes.

7. Remove the cooked mushrooms from the steamer.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
