the STOP key or if you remove the

SAFETY KEY.

PROGRAM MODE.-

This monitor has ten programs (P-1

Manual Program); (P2; P3; P4; P5;

P6; P7 Preset programs); P8 (HRC

Heart Rate Control); (P9 & P10 User

programs).

Within Programs P2-P7 there are 10

inclination settings (L1– L2– L3……

L9- L10) representing a total of 100

different possible programs.

Press the MODE key when the

machine is READY (the heart symbol

flashing in the central display), the

DISTANCE/PRO P-1 MANUAL

program window will start to flash, use

the (+ -) keys to select a program

setting (P1 to P10) and the

corresponding program LED will start

to flash.

MANUAL PROGRAM P-1.-

As soon as you have selected the

program, press ENTER to confirm it.

The TIME window will now start to

flash. Use the (+ - or ▲▼) keys to

specify the duration of the program

(20–99 minutes). Press the START

key to commence exercising. The

circle of lights on the monitor will light

up in accordance with the distance

travelled. One complete lap is

equivalent to 400 metres.

PRESET PROGRAMS

P-2 / P-4.-

Press the MODE key when the

machine is READY (the heart symbol

flashing in the central display), the

DISTANCE/PRO window will start to

flash, use the (+ -) keys to select a

program setting (P1 to P10) and the

corresponding program LED will start

to flash. After having selected one of

the programs between P-2 and P-7,

press the ENTER key to confirm it.

The inclination window will now start

to flash. Use the (▲▼) keys to select

a level (L1–L10), press ENTER to

confirm it. The machine will start after

3 seconds shown by the countdown

on the central Program Profile display

(A).

PROGRAM P3 / P7.-

These programs have a timer option.

Press the MODE key when the

machine is READY (the heart symbol

flashing in the central display), the

DISTANCE/PRO window will start to

flash. Use the (+ -) keys to select the

program setting (P3) and the

corresponding program LED will start

to flash. Once you have chosen the

program, press the ENTER key to

confirm it and the INCLINE window

will start to flash. Select the level (L1-

L10) by pressing the (▲▼) keys, then

press ENTER to confirm it and the

TIME window will start to flash.

Use the (+ - or ▲▼) keys to specify

the duration of the program (5–99

minutes).

The monitor has a default setting of 30

minutes.

Press the START key and the

machine will start to operate after 3

seconds, shown by the countdown on

the central Program Profile display
