TIPOS DE CORPO / BODY TIPE:
Há 9 tipos de corpo, divididos segundo
a percentagem de gordura calculada.
TIPO 1 (5%-9%) Homem muito
desportista
TIPO 2 (10%-14%) Homem desportista

TIPO 3 (15%-19%) Muito elegante

PROGRAMAS DE CONTROLE
DO RITMO CARDÍACO P9-P12.-
Os programas do 9 ao 12 estão defi
nidos para o controle do ritmo cardíaco
(HRC) .
No programa 9 pode-se programar o
nível constante do seu ritmo cardíaco.
Quando o valor do seu ritmo estiver por
cima do valor programado, a máquina
diminuirá a travagem e adaptar-se-á até
conseguir manter o seu valor. No caso
contrário, se o valor do seu ritmo estiver
por baixo do valor programado, a
máquina aumentará a travagem e
adaptar-se-á ao valor programado . Nos
programas do 10 ao 12 pode programar
directamente o seu ritmo cardíaco com
diferentes máximos do seu ritmo
cardíaco, dependendo da idade (cálculo
do valor máximo, à cifra 220 diminuir a
idade).
O programa 10 está calculado para um
ritmo cardíaco máximo de 60%.
O programa 11 está calculado para um
ritmo cardíaco máximo de 75% .
O programa 12 está calculado para um
ritmo cardíaco máximo de 85%.
Para programar, Aperte a tecla
START/STOP, para pôr em
funcionamento o monitor. Aparecer-lhe-
á no display PROGRAM 1; aperte as
teclas UP/DOWN e seleccione o gráfi
co do programa do 9 ao 12.
Aperte ENTER e ficará intermitente a
janela de TIME; pode programar o
tempo. Aperte ENTER programe a
distância. Aperte ENTER, programe as
calorias. Aperte ENTER introduza a sua
idade. Aperte START/STOP e comece
o exercício. Nestes programas as mãos
deverão estar colocadas nos sensores
de pulsação (R) Fig 3.
