Aperte a tecla START/STOP para
começar. O tempo de duração do
gráfico do programa é de 30 minutos,
repartidos em dez escalas de 3
minutos. Se pelo contrário programar o
tempo de duração do programa, a sua
duração será repartida entre as dez
escalas. Depois de ter começado o
exercício poderá variar a resistência de
travagem apertando as teclas
UP/DOWM.
PROGRAMA DE GORDURA
CORPORAL P8.-
O programa número 8 está desenhado
para calcular a percentagem de
gordura corporal do usuário e
desenhar perfis de carga específicos.
Aperte a tecla START/STOP, para pôr
em funcionamento o monitor.
Aparecer-lhe-á no display programa 1.
Aperte as teclas UP/DOWN e
seleccione o programa 8.
Aperte ENTER e, apertando as teclas
UP/DOWN seleccione o sexo (Homem–
Mulher); aperte ENTER para confirmar.
Seleccione com as teclas UP/DOWN a
altura (HEIGHT 110-250 cm), aperte
ENTER.
Seleccione com as teclas UP/DOWN o
seu peso (WIGHT 10–200 Kg), aperte
ENTER. Seleccione com as teclas
UP/DOWN a sua idade (AGE 10–99
anos).
Aperte a tecla START/STOP e coloque
as mãos sobre os sensores (R) de
pulsação (hand-grip) como mostra a Fig
3 e de pois de uns segundos aparecer-
lhe-á o resultado nos ecrãs inferiores do
display, os valores FAT % (% de
gordura) BMR (Ratio metabolismo
basal); BMI (relação altura–peso); e
BODY TYPE (Tipo de corpo).
No ecrã principal aparecer-lhe-á o tipo
de perfi l para o seu tipo de corpo.
Se lhe aparecer no display o símbolo
“E-3” significa que ocorreu um erro.
Deverá colocar bem as mãos sobre os
sensores de pulsação (R), como na Fig
3.
