L‘interpretazione dei risultati si orienta sulle variazioni del: peso totale e della percentuale di gras-

so, acqua e muscoli corporei, nonché sull’intervallo di tempo in cui queste variazioni sono avvenu-

te. Occorre distinguere variazioni rapide, nell‘ambito di qualche giorno, da quelle a medio termine

(nell‘ambito di qualche settimana) e da quelle a lungo termine (mesi).
