L‘interpretazione dei risultati si orienta sulle variazioni del:

peso totale e della percentuale di grasso, acqua e muscoli corporei, nonché sull’intervallo di tem-

po in cui queste variazioni sono avvenute. Occorre distinguere variazioni rapide, nell‘ambito di

qualche giorno, da quelle a medio termine (nell‘ambito di qualche settimana) e da quelle a lungo

termine (mesi).
