Fonction hachoir à viande:

Comment utiliser le hachoir

1. Pour monter les pièces du hachoir, placez d’abord la lame (16) à l’extrémité

de l’hélice (15), puis un tamis (17) de votre choix. Faites attention au tamis et aux

renfoncements sur le logement de l’hélice (14). Vissez le verrou (18) jusqu’à ce

qu’il soit très serré. (FIG.1)

2. Retirez le capot avant (FIG.2) de la machine.

3. Appuyez sur le bouton puis placez le boîtier avec la lame dans la machine et

tournez-le dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre pour le verrouiller

(FIG.3).

4. Placez le bac de remplissage (FIG.4) sur le goulot de remplissage

5. Placez un récipient sous la sortie.

6. Branchez le mixeur puis réglez la vitesse sur la position 3. Placez les morceaux

de viande sur le plateau de remplissage (20) et dans le goulot de remplissage.

Si nécessaire, poussez la viande avec le presseur (19). N’utilisez pas vos doigts

pour pousser la viande !

7. Après utilisation, éteignez l’appareil et débranchez-le.

REMARQUES:

• La viande est coupée en morceaux de 2,5 cm environ. Veillez vous assurez que

la viands est désossée et dénervée.

• Branchez le mieur dans une prise 220-240 V, 50/60Hz.
