8 Étendez-les au fur et à mesure sur un torchon légèrement fariné.
9 Recouvrez-les d’un autre torchon lui aussi légèrement fariné et laissez-les reposer jusqu’au
moment de les cuire dans une grande quantité d’eau salée.
Tarte au chocolat noir
Ingrédients
Pour la pâte :
200 g de farine
100 g de beurre
1 oeuf
40 g de sucre
1 pincée de sel
Pour la garniture :
200 g chocolat noir
20 cl crème fraîche liquide
8 cl de lait
1 oeuf
Préparation
1 Préchauffez le four th.6 (180°C).
2 Préparez la pâte en malaxant tous les ingrédients et faites-la cuire à blanc 15 min, avec une
feuille d’aluminium et des légumes secs, pour empêcher la pâte de goner.
3 Faites fondre le chocolat avec la crème et le lait au micro-ondes.
4 Remuez pour bien diluer le chocolat et laissez refroidir un peu.
5 Lorsque le fond de pâte est cuit, mélangez l’oeuf battu au mélange chocolat-crème.
6 Versez le tout sur la pâte, et enfournez 10 min.
