Robot da cucina Manuale di istruzioni
Pasta all’uovo
Ingredienti:
400 gr di farina 0
100 gr di farina di grano duro
5 uova
1 cucchiaio d’olio
Preparazione:
Inserite le due farine nel contenitore del robot da cucina. Utilizzate le lame di plastica e azio-
nate il robot da cucina per mescolare; aggiungete un uovo alla volta continuando a mescolare.
Aggiungete l’olio e continuate a mescolare no al formarsi di una palla di pasta.
Dopo aver tolto l’impasto dal contenitore, lavorartelo brevemente con le mani in modo da for-
mare una palla e tenetela sotto una ciotola per circa 30 minuti. Tirate la pasta con la macchina
per la pasta.
Polpettone in crosta
Ingredienti:
800 gr di carne di lesso o arrosto
100 gr di mortadella
1 uovo grande - 1 patata lessa
1 manciata di prezzemolo tritato
80 gr di parmigiano grattugiato
1 pizzico di noce moscata
Sale e pepe q.b.
Per la pasta:
300 gr di farina 00
150 gr di burro fresco
70 gr di latte freddo
1 pizzico di sale
Preparazione:
Preparate la pasta ponendo tutti gli ingredienti all’interno del contenitore del robot da cucina,
formate una palla e fate riposare in frigorifero per 30 minuti circa.
Intanto preparate il polpettone, macinate la carne, la mortadella e raccoglietela in una ciotola.
Unite l’uovo, la patata schiacciata, il parmigiano, il prezzemolo, la noce moscata, sale e pepe,
formate un salame non eccessivamente grosso.
Stendete la pasta e avvolgete il polpettone, sigillando bene le aperture, quindi appoggiatelo su
una teglia rivestita di carta da forno. Cuocete in forno per 30 minuti a 180 gradi.
