Nota:
El uso de un sellador de slcona puede reducr la
efectvdad de algunos tpos de equpos de deteccón de
fugas. Los componentes ntrínsecamente seguros no
deben ser aslados antes de trabajar con ellos.
8. Reparacón de componentes ntrínsecamente seguros
No aplque nnguna carga nductva o capactva permanente
al crcuto sn asegurarse de que esta no exceda el voltaje y
corrente permtdos para el equpo utlzado. S se encuentra en
un ambente nflamable, solo se puede trabajar con componentes
ntrínsecamente seguros. El nstrumental de prueba debe estar a
la potenca adecuada. Susttuya los componentes solo con pezas
especfcadas por el fabrcante. Otras pezas pueden provocar la
nflamacón del refrgerante en el ambente por fuga.
9. Cableado
Compruebe que el cableado no esté expuesto al desgaste, corrosón,
presón excesva, vbracones, bordes aflados u otros efectos
ambentales adversos. Tambén se deben tener en cuenta los
efectos del envejecmento y las vbracones contnuas de fuentes
tales como compresores o ventladores.
10. Deteccón de refrgerantes nflamables
Bajo nnguna crcunstanca deben utlzarse fuentes potencales
de nflamacón durante la búsqueda y deteccón de fugas de
refrgerante. No deben utlzarse sopletes de haluro (n cualquer
otro detector que presente llamas vvas).
