BEKO UK AND ROI PARTS GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This 10 year parts guarantee relates to Beko products. To confirm i f your Beko appliance h as our 10-year parts guarantee
you can visit our website at beko.co.uk/guarantee-terms or telephone our registrations team on 0800 497 0732.
The Parts guarantee terms and conditions are in addition to our Standard guarantee terms and conditions detailed in the
previous section.
In order to activate the 10 year parts guarantee you MUST register the appliance within 90 days of the original
purchase date. You can register by visiting our websites. For UK customer visit beko.co.uk/register or phone 0800
497 0732. For ROI customers visit beko.ie/register or phone 1800 911 690. Our Beko branded appliances carry FREE
replacement parts for the first 10 years, provided they are fitted by our Service Representatives, at the applicable
labour charge.
Beko free standing appliances come with a 12 month p arts and labour g uaran tee as standard.
Beko built-in, integrated appliances or American frid ge freezers come with a 12 month parts and labo ur g uarantee as standard.
This is extended to 24 months, free of charge, upon registration of the appliance. When you register your appliance for
additio nal guaran tee, you will auto matically activate the 10 year parts guarantee. You do no t need to reg ister twice.
To make a claim again st your Beko Parts Guaran tee (the “Guaran tee”), all customer an d product details must be reg istered
with Beko plc using the procedure outlined below:
1. Th is extra 9 years (fo r free standing appliances) or 8 years (for built-in or integrated appliances or American fridge
freezers) guaran tee is only effective after the expiration of the standard manufacturer’s guaran tee.
2. It is only valid for certain mo dels of Beko bran d ed products serviced or rep aired by Beko plc Autho rised Service
Representative and Own Engineers (the “Service Represen tative”) and does not cover any labour charge or any:
a. Components including but not limited to cabinet or appearan ce parts, co ntrol knobs, flaps and han dles.
b. Accessories and/or consumable items including but not limited to ice trays, scrapers, cutlery baskets, filters
and lig ht bulbs.
3. To activate your g uarantee, you MUST register your applian ce with in 90 days of the original purchase date, For UK
customers, visit beko.co.uk/reg ister or phone 0800 497 0732. Fo r ROI custo mers visit beko.ie/reg ister or phone 1800
911 690.
4. Registrations made after 90 days of the orig inal purchase d ate, may be req uired to pay an additio nal fee to activate
the 10 year free parts guarantee.
5. Any rep air must be carried out by a Service Representative and booked directly with Beko plc.
6. Labour for th e rep air is not in cluded in this guaran tee an d is chargeable at the time of bookin g a repair.
7. Th e repair is guaranteed for 12 months for the same defect.
8. In the unlikely even t that the applian ce is beyo n d eco nomical repair we may at the sole discretion of Beko plc offer
you an applian ce at a red uced price. Our call out fee will still apply.
9. If the fault can’t be id entified and the appliance is fun ctioning n ormally a call out fee will ap p ly.
10. Th e g uarantee is not transferable an d can n o t be exchanged for cash.
11. Th ere are no altern ative or additional offers to th is guarantee.
12. Th e g uarantee is exclusive o f the manufacturer’s standard guaran tee.

14. All prices are subject to chang e with o ut n otice.
15. Th e Terms and Co n ditions shown above are in addition to the standard terms and conditions of your product
guaran tee. Please read and refer to such Terms an d Conditions when makin g any claim.
16. We may use the informatio n yo u p rovide for marketing purposes an d to analyse your purchasing preferences. We
may keep your in fo rmation for a reasonable period for these purposes in accordance with th e applicable Data
Protection Laws and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). You can opt into this service during the
