Linsensuppe
Zutaten für 4 Personen:
2 Esslöffel Öl und 1 Zwiebel
1 Stange Porree, 3 Möhren
¼ Knolle Sellerie
250 g Linsen
5 Kartoffeln
Salz, Pfeffer, Thymian
1 l Gemüsebrühe
1 Esslöffel Essig
Zwiebel schälen und würfeln, das Ge-
müse putzen und in Stücke schneiden.
Kartoffeln schälen und in größere Stücke
schneiden. Öl in den Schnellkochtopf
geben und Zwiebel darin andünsten. Kar-
toffeln, Gemüse und die Linsen dazuge-
ben und mit der Gemüsebrühe aufgießen.
Das Ganze mit den Gewürzen und Kräu-
tern abschmecken. Schließen Sie den
Topf. Die Garzeit auf Stufe II beträgt etwa
10 Minuten. Öffnen Sie den Topf und
geben Sie abschließend den Essig dazu.
