coupées en tranches mélangées à du
sucre et à de la cannelle.

PLACEZ les aliments dans un plat allant
au four.

ÉVIDEZ LES POMMES et remplissez-les de
pâte d'amandes ou d'un mélange de
cannelle, sucre et beurre. Placez le tout
dans un plat allant au four.

POUR 4 PORTIONS , mélangez 2 jaunes
d'œuf et 2 œufs entiers avec 3 cuillères
à soupe de sucre et de vanille. Faites
chauffer 100 ml de crème + 200 ml de
lait puis mélangez aux œufs. (ou utilisez
votre recette habituelle). Versez le
mélange dans des ramequins et couvrez
ceux-ci avec un film plastique.
