Stoom Temperatuur 100°C / 200°C + Laag stoomniveau
Lasagne met spinazie en Roquefort
200 – 225 g gedroogde
lasagnevellen
200 – 250 g spinazie
Zout en peper
125 – 150 g Roquefort
Kaassaus:
50 g boter
100 ml tarwebloem
Ongeveer 1,2 liter melk
300 ml geraspte kaas
Zout en zwarte peper
Blancheer de spinazie met Stomen 100° gedurende
10 – 12 minuten. Spoel de spinazie af met koud water,
laat uitlekken en hak de blaadjes grof. Bestrooi met
zout en peper.
Smelt de boter voor de saus, roer de bloem erdoor,
voeg de melk toe en laat het mengsel aan de kook
komen. Laat de saus 3 – 5 minuten sudderen en blijf
ondertussen roeren.
Voeg 200 ml kaas toe en breng op smaak met zout en
peper.
Verkruimel de Roquefort of snijd deze in kleine
stukjes.
Bedek de bodem van een ingevette vuurvaste schaal
met de saus. Leg lagen lasagnevellen, spinazie,
Roquefort en saus in de schaal. De bovenste laag moet
bestaan uit saus. Strooi de rest van de kaas erover.
Zet het gerecht op het rooster op steunhoogte 2 en
bak het 30 – 35 minuten met Convectie 200° + Laag
stoomniveau.

Tips:
Als u verse pastavellen gebruikt, kunt u ¼ deel saus minder
nemen en de bereidingstijd verkorten.
