PREPARAZIONE
1. Eviscerate le orate e conditele con le erbe tritate,
la buccia di arancio e l'olio.
2. Foderate un recipiente basso e largo con carta
forno.
3. Incorporate agli albumi montati a neve ben ferma
il sale fi no, no ad ottenere una massa plastica
facilmente lavorabile.
4. Disponetene uno strato sopra la carta forno,
adagiatevi le orate e ricopritele completamentte
con il rimanente sale decorando la crosta a punta
di coltello.
5. Procedete alla cottura.
PREPARAZIONE
1. Condite i tranci di spada con sale, pepe e le scorze di
limone tritate.
2. Preparate il pane aromatico mescolando il pane
grattato, l'olio e le erbe tritate fi ni.
3. Impanate i tranci.
4. Posizionalrli in un contenitore largo in pyrex sopra un
foglio di carta forno.
5. Procedere alla cottura.

  • My oven is stuck in demo mode. Sometimes it even glitches the screen.

    I already tried to open the door and hold back button for 5 seconds (while it beeps like crazy) and it didn’t work. Submitted on 19-6-2020 at 19:59
