PREPARAZIONE
1. Eliminate le frange del rombo, le interiora e le
branchie.
2. Conditelo con sale, pepe, alloro tritato e aneto.
3. Lucidate con olio di oliva extravergine.
4. Foderate una teglia con carta forno e posizionatevi
il rombo.
5. Lavate bene le patate, asciugatele e tagliatele a
rondelle sottili, non mettele in acqua.
6. Posizionate sulla superfi cie del rombo le rondelle di
patate come se fossero le squame del pesce, condite
con sale, pepe e olio e infornate
7. Verso ne cottura sfumate con vino bianco e se
necessario un po' di acqua per fare la salsa di
accompagnamento.
PREPARAZIONE
1. Tagliate le zucchine nel senso della lunghezza e
svuotatele con lo scavino.
2. Tagliatele a fettine ricavando delle mezzelune.
3. Tagliate il porro a fi ammifero e aggiungetelo alle
zucchine.
4. Condite con sale, pepe, aglio e l'olio di oliva,
cucinate a microonde a potenza massima per 6
minuti e lasciate raffreddare.
5. Condite i medaglioni di tonno con sale, pepe e le
erbe tritate fi ni, lucidate con olio.
6. In una teglia foderata con carta forno disponete sul
fondo le zucchine con i porri.
7. Aggiungete i pomodorini tagliati in quarti e
mescolate bene.
8. Adagiatevi i medaglioni di tonno e infornate per il
tempo indicato.
9. Se gradite il tonno più crudo riducete il tempo di
cottura di 2 minuti.

  • My oven is stuck in demo mode. Sometimes it even glitches the screen.
