MAAK DEEG van 225 ml water,
15 verse gist, 20 ml olijfolie,
1½ theelepel zout, ¾ theelepel sui-
ker en ongeveer 400 g bloem. Laat
het 15-20 minuten rijzen.

OL HET DEEG UIT en leg het op een licht
ingevette bakplaat. Bedek met 250 g
gehakte tomaten en 150 g mozzarel-
la in plakjes, breng op smaak met zout,
peper en oregano en besprenkel met
wat olijfolie.
LAAT HET ongeveer 1 uur rijzen.

VOLG DE INSTRUCTIE VOOR DUNNE PIZ-
ZA maar verander de hoeveelheid
ingrediënten als volgt: 250 ml wa-
ter, 20 g gist, 25 ml olie, 2 theelepels
zout en 1 theelepel suiker. Ongeveer
450 g bloem.

SCHAAL
MAAK DEEG van 180 g bloem (3 dl),
125 g boter en 2-3 eetlepels water.
Breng het deeg dun aan in een pas-
teischaal en bak voor.
VUL HET met 150 g bacon en 150 g
gekookte ham, beide in dobbel-
steentjes. Bestrooi met 100 g ge-
raspte kaas. Meng 100 ml melk en
200 ml room met 3 eieren en breng
op smaak met zout, peper en tijm.
Giet het mengsel over de vulling.

ALS HET VOEDSEL IN FOLIE IS VERPAKT, leg
het dan in een geschikte schaal.

aanbevolen gewicht, moet u de procedure voor "Bereiden en opwarmen met de magnetron"
aanhouden.

  • My oven is stuck in demo mode. Sometimes it even glitches the screen.
