RÔTI DE PORC AVEC SA COUENNE
Faites quelques entailles dans la couenne.
Salez et poivrez la viande en la massant bien
pour faire pénétrer les condiments. Hachez
les épices et déposez-les dans les entailles.
Enduisez le rôti d’huile d’olive au pinceau et
faites-le cuire au four.
En fi n de cuisson, laissez reposer la viande dans
le four 20 min environ.
Sélectionnez dans le menu « RECETTES » la
catégorie « VIANDES », puis la recette « PORC
RÔTI » et validez.
