CÔTES DE PORC
Ingrédients pour 2-6 personnes
Hachez grossièrement l’ail, le romarin et la
sauge et placez le tout dans un récipient avec
l’huile d’olive et le sel.
Mettez les côtelettes dans la sauce obtenue et
laissez mariner pendant au moins 30 minutes.
Posez les côtelettes sur la grille et insérez
celle-ci sur le cinquième gradin du four. Versez
environ 1 l d’eau dans la lèchefrite et placez
celle-ci sur le deuxième gradin.
>Le four vous indiquera quand il sera nécessaire
de tourner la viande<
Sélectionnez dans le menu « RECETTES » la
catégorie « VIANDES », puis la recette « CÔTES
DE PORC » et validez votre sélection.
Pour cette recette, il n’est pas possible de
programmer l’heure de fi n de cuisson /départ
retardé.
