5. After a successful glue-test

remove a part of the protection

lm at the backside of the copper

spool and push it 1 – 2 cm under

the ridge tile.

6. Place the copper roll on top of

the roof tiles and rmly press

down the roll piece by piece in

order to afx it. It is important that

the adhesive layer sits rmly on

all parts of the surface. It is

recommened to use a seam roller

to rmly afx the glue to the tiles.

After some time the roof cleans-

ing tape will prevent the growing

of new moss on the roof. And

previously existing moss can be

washed out. The effective period

of the roof cleansing tape

depends mostly on the affection

and on the amount of rain. We

suggest to clean the rain pipe

from time to time to avoid block-

ages caused by the separated

moss. You also could use an

appropriate cover for your rain

pipe.
