and use dry herbs Also avoid using butter, oil or
marinades.
2. Protect your table from spattering fat.
3. Special precautions for enamelled parts (ceramic
burner box and griddle). The guarantee does not
cover you against failure to take the following into
account:
Metal and/or sharp objects can damage the
enamel Never pour cold liquids into/onto the
hot part as this can damage the metal • Avoid
using detergents which are too strong or scouring
detergents and scouring sponges or metal sponges.
Use a brush or nylon sponge instead Avoid
bumping or knocking your barbecue against hard
surfaces as this will damage the enamel.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
After each use, allow the Cook Chips to extinguish by
themselves or pour sand over them. Do not empty the
internal burner box until it has cooled down completely.
Clean the appliance after each use. Clean all stainless
steel and chrome parts with barbecook
®
All Clean.
Do not put the ceramic burner box in the dishwasher.
Always store the appliance indoors.
GUARANTEE
Your barbecook
®
comes with a two year guarantee
against all manufacturing defects. This guarantee
applies from the date of purchase, provided it is used
in accordance with these instructions. Your till receipt
specifying the date of purchase is your certificate of
guarantee.
Any wear, rusting, deformation and discolouration (in
particular with the stainless steel or chrome parts)
of parts directly exposed to the flames are normal
and under no circumstances can they be considered
as manufacturing defects: this is the logical result of
these parts being used. Due to the specific enamelling
process being used, fine edges may not always be
completely coated with enamel. This is not considered a
manufacturing or workmanship defect, and is therefore
not covered by the guarantee.
Important: the internal burner box is made of stainless
steel, the ground and cooking grids of chrome steel.
This barbecook
®
is not suitable for commercial use.
Hand-made ceramics exposed to high heat may crackle
after time. This is inherent in the product and not
covered by the guarantee.

humos.
SEGURIDAD
1. No utilizar en interiores.
2. No utilice nunca Amica si sopla viento fuerte.
