• Jika kerusakan disebabkan oleh penggunaan Produk yang tidak wajar.

• Dalam hal pemasangan yang tidak benar atau instalasi bagian dari

produsen lain yang tidak sesuai dengan Produk.

• Dalam hal kecelakaan atau kerusakan tidak disengaja, penyalahgunaan,

atau kelalaian.

• Dalam hal penyimpanan atau pemeliharaan Produk yang tidak tepat.

• Dalam hal kecacatan, kerusakan, atau keausan pada bagian tekstil, yang

disebabkan oleh penggunaan Produk secara wajar sehari-hari.

• Dalam hal kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh

orang yang tidak resmi, atau pembongkaran Produk yang tidak tepat.

Klaim garansi

Garansi produsen tidak dapat dipindahtangankan dalam keadaan apa pun

dan hanya dapat digunakan oleh pemilik Produk tangan pertama. BABYZEN™

memiliki kewajiban garansi hanya jika klien dapat menghadirkan bukti pembelian

dengan menyebutkan tanggal pembelian. Dalam hal mengklaim garansi

produsen, pelanggan harus melaporkan cacat apa pun kepada peritel Resmi,

yang bertindak sebagai kontak pertama dalam hal keadaan ini. Cacat apa pun

harus dilaporkan oleh pelanggan kepada peritel Resmi dalam dua puluh hari

setelah penemuan cacat tersebut.
