GARANSI DAN PERBAIKAN

Sebagai produsen, BABYZEN™ menjamin bahwa dengan penggunaan sewajarnya,

produk akan berfungsi tanpa masalah apa pun selama jangka waktu dua tahun dari

tanggal pembelian, sesuai dengan petunjuk dan spesiﬁkasi teknis produk. Label yang

ditempel pada produk dengan nomor seri tidak boleh dilepas, dalam keadaan apa

pun. Jika label pada produk dilepas, garansi tidak lagi valid.

Penggantian garansi

Garansi produsen berlaku untuk seluruh Produk dengan merek BABYZEN™. Untuk

ayunan YOYO, garansi tersebut mencakup:

• Seluruh cacat produksi pada bagian tubuh dan plastik.

• Seluruh bagian tekstil ayunan YOYO BABYZEN™.

Garansi BABYZEN™ terbatas pada penggantian atau perbaikan bagian yang

cacat, bebas biaya. Jika perbaikan ditanggung oleh garansi produsen,

BABYZEN™ akan menanggung biaya transportasi dan risiko untuk dan dari peritel

resmi tempat pembeli membeli produk tersebut.

Bagian Produk apa pun, yang diganti atau diperbaiki akan ditanggung selama

masih dalam waktu sisa garansi produk asli. Berdasarkan garansi, BABYZEN™ tidak

bertanggung jawab untuk cacat produk yang tidak dibeli dari peritel resminya

(daftar peritel resmi terdapat pada situs web www.babyzen.com).

Garansi pabrik tidak berlaku apabila terjadi kondisi seperti berikut:

• Dalam hal modiﬁkasi atau perbaikan Produk tanpa disertai dengan izin

tertulis sebelumnya dari BABYZEN™.

• Jika cacat disebabkan oleh kelalaian atau kecelakaan dan/atau

penggunaan atau pemeliharaan yang tidak sesuai dengan petunjuk pada

panduan pengguna.

• Jika nomor Seri produk rusak atau dilepas.
