In order to allow for a trouble-free repair, a removal or exchange of the device, it is necessary to establish the

connection of the tank by means of a detachable connection (Dutch). Tank leaks as a result of an improper connec-

tion and resulting damage and consequential damage are excluded from the warranty and product liability.

POWER CONNECTION

General Information

a) The electrical connection must principally be implemented from an expert in accordance with the circuit dia-

gram axed inside the connecting area of the tank!

b) Observe the correct supply voltage!

c) An all-pole disconnecting switch with a contact gap width of 3 mm must be provided in the power supply line.

Automatic safety cut-outs are also permissible as disconnecting switch devices.

d) The connecting cable must be inserted into the connecting area of the tank through the screwed cable connec-

tion and secured against pulling and twisting by means of the strain relief device.

e) The hot water tank must be isolated rst from all possible sources of electrical power in accordance with EN

50110 (ÖVE, TAEV) when being mounted and for interventions in the device. The system must be protected

against switching on again of the power supply prior to any additional works (unscrew fuses, trigger line circuit

breaker).

f) Caution: The lower cover is to be mounted with the nose bearing-mounted (wiring diagram inside) at the rear

and to be installed at the front with 2 screws!

Reconnection Options

In the case of storage tanks with optional heating times, reconnection of the heating rods is to be carried out

in accordance with the circuit diagram pasted to the device. Switching installed at the factory is in line with the

6-hour heating time in ~ 230 V connection voltage.

Reconnectable heating times and outputs at associated protection currents 16A.

Details in bold indicate switching undertaken at the factory (6 hours ~230 V)
