8.2.2 Searching for the required greeting message

1. Press and hold the

Ansage

button until you hear the menu options.

2. For greeting type 1 "Reply and record messages", press the button.

For greeting type 2 "Reply only" press the button.

3. Once the required button is pressed, the current greeting will be played back.

8.2.3 Deleting your own greeting message and reverting to the standard greeting

1. Select the greeting message to be deleted as described under 8.2.2.

2. Press the button while the greeting message is being played back. Your own

greeting will be deleted and the pre-recorded greeting will now be played back.

8.3 Play messages

The message indicator flashes when the answering machine has recorded messages.

Listen to new messages only

Press and hold the

button for 2 seconds. The inbuilt voice will tell you how many new

messages have been recorded, and the messages will be played back immediately.

Listen to all messages

Press the

button once. The inbuilt voice will tell you the total number of recorded

messages, and the messages will be played back immediately.

With each message, you will hear on which day of the week and at what time of day the

message was recorded.

If you want to interrupt the playback for a short time (pause), press the

button. You will

hear a signal tone every 10 seconds. Press the

button again to continue playing back the

message.

You can jump forwards or backwards between the individual messages using the

and

buttons.

button twice => listen to previous message.

The message playback is stopped by pressing the stop button
