11.7 Internal memos
A memo can be recorded on the answering machine for other machine users, e.g. members of
the family.
11.7.1 Recording the memo
A memo cannot be longer than 2 minutes.
w Press and hold the Rewind button and record your
message after the acoustic signal. Release the button to
end recording and save the memo.
11.7.2 Playing back the memo
The answering machine treats the memo as in incoming message.

11.7.3 Deleting the memo

11.8 Remote access
The remote access feature enables the answering machine to be contacted from any phone using
Tone dialling mode in order to listen to any incoming messages and/or the memo and activate
other functions.
11.8.1 Security code for remote access
The answering machine is provided with a personal identification number so only you can listen
to incoming messages via the remote access feature.
The default security code set at the factory is 000".
The 3−digit security code can be changed as follows:
2 sec Activate security code programming
w or v, Enter the first digit of the code and confirm it
w or v, Enter the second digit of the code and confirm it
w or v, Enter the third digit of the code and confirm it
The new security code is played back.
11.8.2 Playing back messages via remote access
The telephone from which you want to contact the answering machine must operate
using Tone dialling mode (DTMF).
ë Dial your own phone number
*, ë (wait for 20 rings) While the OGM is playing, press the
button and enter the security code (refer to Section
11.8.1)
If the security code is entered incorrectly three times, the line is automatically discon-
nected.
2 Play back all the messages
Other functions can be executed via the remote access system within the following
5 seconds (refer to Section 11.8.3).
Press the button to end the call
