4.5.2 Connecting external calls to another mobile unit
If you have accepted an external call on one mobile unit, you can forward the external call to
the other mobile unit. To do this, press the
button and then the number (1 or 2) of the
required mobile unit.
If there should be no reply from the mobile unit called, you can take the call back with the
button.
After the internal call has been accepted at the other mobile unit, you have the following
options:
A. Consultation / Brokering: You can now speak to the internal subscriber and return to
the external caller by pressing the
button. You can switch between the external and the
internal call as many times as you like in this way.
B. Forward the call: The external call is forwarded to the mobile unit called by pressing the
button
on the first mobile unit.
4.5.3 Holding conference calls
An external call can be connected to a further internal subscriber as a conference call. In this
way, two mobile units can talk to the external caller simultaneously. Establish the required
connection with the external subscriber. To do this, press the
button and then the
number of the required second mobile unit.
When the second internal subscriber has accepted the call, hold the
button pressed for
2 seconds and all three subscribers will be connected together on a conference call.
During a conference call, you can put the external subscriber on hold with the
button
and then switch back again to the conference call with the
button (press for 2 seconds).
The conference call can be terminated by one of the internal subscribers hanging up.
4.6 Dialling stored numbers from the phone book
After you have stored a few phone numbers, you can call these up very quickly and easily.
1. Press the phone book button . The display will now show the first number stored in
alphabetical order.
2. You can now select all of the stored numbers with the and buttons. To
choose a phone number directly alphabetically, press the appropriate letter. Pressing
will show the number of the record.
3. Now press the call button and the telephone number displayed will be
automatically dialled.
