Additionally we recommend a foam rubber base for the
reduction of vibrations and noise. It is not contained in the scope
of delivery.
Place the saw in a place that fulfils the following conditions:
secured against slipping
free of vibrations
even
free of tripping hazards
adequate light
Before each use, check
Connection cables for defects (cracks, cuts, etc.)
Do not use any defective cables

Commissioning
Mains connection
Compare the voltage given on the machine model plate e.g. 230
V with the mains voltage and connect the saw to the relevant
and properly earthed plug

Alternating current motor:
Use a shockproof plug, mains voltage 230 V with residual
current circuit breaker and 10 A inert fuses.
Use connection cable or extension cable respectively with a
cross section of at least 1 mm².
Switch on
Do not use any device where the switch can not be
switched on and off. Damaged switches must be repaired or
replaced immediately by the customer service.
Press the green button ( I ) on
the switch.

If there is a power cut, the
machine switches off automati-
cally. To switch on again, first
press the red and then the green
button.

Press the red button ( 0 ) on the switch.
Adjusting the saw
Replacing the saw blade
Before replacing the saw blade remove the
plug from the mains.
Do not use any cracked saw blades or those that have
changed their shape
Only use well-sharpened saw blades
Replacing the saw blade, page 2 (fig. A and B) and

Saw blade exchange
1. Turn adjusting knob to the left to release the saw blade.
2. Screw off the side covering.
3. Push down the upper saw blade mounting (10) and pull out
the saw blade.
4. Then take out the saw blade out of the lower saw blade
mounting (11) and pull through the table insert (18).
5. Fit in the new saw blade in reverse order.
Insert the saw blade always in that way that the teeth
show in direction of the saw table.
6. Clamp the saw blade by turning the adjusting knob.
Also saw blades without adapter can be inserted in the saw.
Therefore, it must be provided with a gudgeon at the top and at
the bottom. The saw blade can be inserted in two directions
(fig. J, page 4)
Slot a: For longitudinal sections
Slot b: For transverse sections
Adjust pitch
The table insert must not be set to the inclined position
when the blade is turning. The motor must be switched
off first.
Adjusting between 0° - 45°, page 4 (K)
1. Release the set screw (2).
2. Incline the saw table to the left until the required angle is
indicated on the angle scale (3) (0° - 45°).
3. Tighten the set screw (32 again to fix the adjusted angle.
